I am a multilingual strategic communications professional specializing in public policy and international affairs.

With a journalism background at Voice of America (VOA), I covered U.S.–Latin America relations, foreign policy, and immigration. Alongside reporting, I distributed content across a network of 600+ affiliated media outlets in Latin America and the Caribbean, coordinating coverage to expand the reach of U.S. policy coverage.

I also applied my policy expertise to institutional communications and media relations at American University and the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO/WHO), creating multiplatform content and translating technical issues into clear, evidence-based narratives.
